2020-21 Photo Release

Bellevue Montessori School may wish to use photographs and videos of Bellevue Montessori School students on the school’s website, Facebook page, and in educational publications and marketing materials (both internet and print). Any such photographs would highlight the student(s) either demonstrating learning techniques or participating in approved school activities. If you only wish for staff and parents of the families in your child’s class to see your child’s photo, please check yes for limited internal viewing only. This will allow your child to be included in pictures taken during classroom events and activities and shared with Bellevue Montessori staff and the parents of students at Bellevue Montessori school.
Please note:

- As a standing overriding policy, Bellevue Montessori School will never identify a child by name and no names will ever be used. Parents would be notified for permission if we requested to do so.

- Photographs and videos may be identified by program (Early Childhood/Kindergarten or Elementary).

- Some of these photographs or videos may be action or candid shots taken during participation in school approved activities and events. Other photographs or videos may be staged for specific purposes.

I understand and agree that Bellevue Montessori School may use these photos/videos in subsequent school years unless I revoke this authorization by notifying the school’s administration in writing or by email.
- YES, I will allow only limited use of my child’s image in photos or videos. I give permission for images of my child to only be used for internal viewing by the parents and the staff of Bellevue Montessori school.
- NO, I withhold permission for Bellevue Montessori School to use my child’s photographs/videos for any purpose.
